"We just had our first face-to-face experience with a member of the Quality Irrigation team. Shawn is a credit to your company as he was very knowledgeable and helpful going over the (18) year old sprinkler system we have installed. He transferred skills, provided helpful information about our system, quickly replaced (4) heads, adjusted them, and more importantly showed me how to set them as well. Shawn is a credit to your company and obviously one of the reasons you have a good reputation.
I will have to get a plumber to address the challenges we have with the back-flow valve, but everything else is now ready to go. Shawn made that a very pleasant and beneficial experience. Not to leave out Lynne, as she was very helpful from the very first phone call to your company. Quality Irrigation is definitely on the "Highly Recommended" list."
